For the serious, devoted artist or writer, The Library of Congress Copyright will be the hiking hook and safety rope necessary to climb the mountain that is the internet. That is, if you are a musician, an artist who crafts fractal art, a writer, or anyone who has work on display online, you will want to use The Library of Congress Copyright informational guidelines, forms for application, and reference pages wherein the laws of copyright are established and defined. In the same respect, if you are a website owner, domain master, webmaster, web mistress, or entrepreneur hoping to scam some free web content (that is not intended as FREE web content), if you expect to lift a photo or image wherever you feel you wish to enhance your site, or if you intend to replicate the exact wording of any page in existence, please know that you are in violation of the Library of Congress Copyright laws, and will sorely suffer in one of many ways.

Thank God and anyone else responsible for the multiple television stations and the choices they afford today. When I was a kid, at least a hundred years ago, it seems, considering the lack of technological options, we had three television stations. You know the ones: ABC, NBC, and CBS. We had only a few channels to click on the dial—no, no remote, no buttons, we had a dial that we spun like a coveted safe dial, waiting for just the right click to tune us into a clear enough picture to watch. We had the television stations that you could click on, sure, but you would get a big black line about a third of the width of the screen (which was limited to 6, 8, or 10 inches, by the way…no plasma, no HD)…a line that went down the center of the picture like a censor’s marker might.

I spent a lot of money on my camera, and the only problem I have with it is the size. Though I wouldn’t trade it for the world, there are times when I wish it were just a little smaller. I’m not too worried about it though, because as long as I have a good carrying case for it, I can take it anywhere I go. I do have a purse that can hold it, so it’s not a big deal at the moment. There may come a day when I want a smaller purse though, and that may be the day I have a wish for a small digital camera. These come in all shapes and sizes, and what you buy will depend on what you are looking for.

There is a time that I dread, and there are words that always bring on this sense of dread like no other. It’s when my wife looks at me in the car and says, “Oh, we have to stop at the music store. ” I know not everyone has this feeling about a store, but for some reason, I know this means that I need to cancel whatever it is I was planning on doing for the rest of the day. I know that I am going to be in that store for hours. My wife enters with the purpose of getting guitar strings, and ends up in there for hours. He does it when we are in the car because he knows I have no choice but to go along. It’s not fair I tell you, I spare him the trips to Victoria’s Secret!

We use a Macintosh computer for music sharing. The application we have come to rely on is called Acquisition. It’s a great, user-friendly music sharing program exclusive to the Macintosh platform. It allows you to download and upload concurrently, and provides helpful ratings to ensure that you are sharing with a reliable peer. Acquisition is highly compatible with ITunes. We have been able to organize and play hours of music for parties by collaborating between Acquisition and ITunes. The combined technology of these two programs is incredible and so easy to use, that even our kids have learned how to search and locate music of their choice.

I try to tell my husband to stop doing it, but when he has to find songs he tends to wander onto the illegal music sharing sites. I have huge issues with this for three reasons. The first is that it’s illegal and I know that not everyone using these sites will have any problems, but I just have that kind of luck. Secondly, when you download their file sharing software onto your computer you get more than you wanted. You not only have that software messing with your computer, you have to deal with the viruses and spyware that come with a lot of the free songs.

Getting my 256mb mp3 player was one of the best purchasing decisions that I ever made. I have been a dedicated music fan for many years, and have always tried to keep up with the latest technology. When CD players came out, I was one of the first people in my group of friends to get one. The same goes for DVD players. Nowadays, however, things are out of control. The fact is that almost as soon as one kind of mp3 player comes out, the next one is on its way. My usual decision to get the latest and best no longer seemed rational. I decided that It would be much better for me to save some money.

Now, in the age of compact discs and iPods, the artistic interpretation of the music within is displayed in miniature, no less detailed but not quite the same as holding that brand new album still wrapped in the factory plastic in your hand. The inviting insidious package begging you to rip off the wrapper and put in on the turntable was just too much to take at times! You couldn’t wait to get it home from the record store and start blasting it on your stereo, while checking out every inch of your latest purchase. Even though those days are over, album cover art enthusiasts can still these collectors’ items on the internet for very reasonable prices. Great deals on album covers can be found on www.ebay.com, and at other sites that specialize in framed album covers, collectible vinyl picture discs, and hard to find LPs.

A crackdown on free music downloads a few years ago has lead to people now searching for legal music downloads. Legal music downloads came about because of several musicians pleading with the government that they owned their music, and it therefore should not be available for free downloading through shareware like Napster, which was the largest downloading site at the time. The government then decided that this would be illegal, and made it possible for companies to provide legal music downloads for a small fee, as long as it was not free or through shareware. Sites began popping up online, with the most popular being iTunes with is associated with Apple and iPod.

Walsegg-Stuppach intended to have the mass performed as his own, once completed, he being only 28 at the time, never to remarry.
Mozart died before he could complete this epic work, although he left quite a few manuscript pages showing what he was thinking of, some in quite a bit of detail, enabling the work to be completed by others.
Constanze Mozart, after Mozart’s death, was keen to get the work finished because of the 50% still owing upon completion. She asked Joseph von Eybler, a friend and pupil of Mozart to finish the score. He did some work on it but, because of his own composing, felt he was unable to complete the work and returned it.
Franz Xaver Sussmayer, another friend and pupil of Mozart’s was then given the task of finishing the work.
Using Mozart’s original drafts, Eybler’s additional work, both his own competency and the fact that he had been taught by Mozart, he finished the requiem. He had to add the movements which would be normal in a requiem, whilst ending with adaptations of the first two movements.

Jogging Music
Though jogging has its virtues, it’s sometimes a lonely and boring sport.
When you jog around your neighborhood, you only have so many options for where you can go, and you probably have a specific path you take. Sometimes this is out of habit, but for most people, this happens because they have found the smoothest and perhaps the safest areas.

Even though country music may not have been your bag, you may make an exception in the case of Johnny Cash. There is something about the way that he used his voice to convey emotion and meaning in the lyrics that makes his work wonderful to hear. And he didn’t start out in country at all.
My interest in Johnny Cash music isn’t new at all. I have listened to his work since I was a kid and I have to admit that I really didn’t associate him with country music at all. There is something unique about his voice and style that seems to transcend categories. I can’t place him in any particular “type” of music. This may be the great appeal that Johnny Cash music has for me.
