Assigning either an ADPCM or MP3 ringtone files to your Blackberry all depends on if you have a Blackberry 7100 or 8700 series phone. Downloading MP3 ringtones into your Blackberry is definitely the better choice of the two as they sound so much better. The quality and clarity of your Blackberry’s ring tones will be far superior. MIDI polyphonic ring tones are another really nice sounding file format supported by both the 7100 and 8700 series mobile phones.
