Music for Sleep – Helps You Fall Asleep

Sleep comes naturally to some and only with great difficulty to others. Music can help you overcome that problem, it’s helped me. I’ve found the audio Music for Sleep and applied the tips – these days I fall asleep within about 10 minutes of laying down. I used to try listeining to music, but did not listen to the right melodies: This is what the audio description says:

The music that is on the audio (4 different types) is based on over 20 years research, and it really helps me to calm down and fall asleep easily. I found this audio when I was looking for other Alternative Therapies Audios to download to my iPod. This sure was a great find!
